FMC seeks interns to work in person in our office in downtown Washington, DC year-round. Interns support FMC's programming with current and former Members of Congress, Congressional Staff, students, and our business and diplomatic partners. FMC offers both full- and part-time intern positions.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Interested in transatlantic, transpacific affairs and/or civics

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with event planning

  • Motivated, creative, flexible, responsible, and resourceful

  • Takes initiative and is a team player

  • Enjoys working in a politically diverse environment

  • Ability to commit to flexible 20- to 35-hour work week

Proficiency in German, Korean, or Japanese is ideal but not required.
