CSGG: Sept. 13-18: 31st Annual Congress-Bundestag Seminar (PA-15 and Washington, DC)

Hosted by CSGG Co-Chairs Rep. Charles W. Dent (R-PA) and Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH), the Seminar provides a unique opportunity for German and American legislators and other distinguished guests to discuss the transatlantic relationship and the role of their countries in solving global challenges in a frank and candid forum. Topics for the 31st Annual Seminar include the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), U.S.-Germany relations, the transatlantic economic outlook, domestic energy, the U.S. political process and campaigns, foreign policy priorities beginning with Ukraine, and rebuilding trust after the NSA surveillance affair.

In addition to current and former lawmakers from the United States and Germany, the Seminar also welcomes representatives from the U.S. Administration, the German government, and the business and non-profit communities.

The Study Group would like to thank the Atlantik-Brücke and Heinrich Böll Foundation. Institutional support for The Congressional Study Group comes from The German Marshall Fund of the United States and the organizations making up the Study Group’s Business Advisory Council.
